Terms and Conditions

Important Delivery Notice
For applicable subscription services, scheduled daily data delivery is generally planned between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM IST. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to government website or server downtime, public holidays, changes or unavailability of source records, third-party provider issues, manual processing, maintenance, internet/server problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a relevant government website or server remains unavailable for the entire day, that day's data may not be available. Such external or operational delay or non-availability does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a subscription refund. We may provide missed data later if it becomes available and may, at our discretion, extend the subscription period where appropriate. No refund is promised for missed daily data, subject always to non-excludable rights under applicable law.
The data is supplied in a digital file format, generally Excel (.xlsx) and/or CSV, or through another delivery method stated for the product. Because data is compiled from government/public records, third-party vendors and other lawful sources, the file type, columns, fields, layout or structure may change depending on source availability, technical requirements or source changes. We do not guarantee that the same file type, columns or structure will remain unchanged for every delivery.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using NewCompanyAlerts.com or purchasing any products or services available through the website.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NewCompanyAlerts.com (“NewCompanyAlerts.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the purchase and use of company data, business databases, alerts, subscriptions, and related digital services.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, making a payment, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Where required or presented, acceptance of these Terms and related mandatory policies will be recorded separately from any optional consent to promotional marketing. Selecting a mandatory terms-acceptance checkbox does not, by itself, constitute marketing consent where separate consent is required by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

For monthly or yearly subscriptions, daily data is generally scheduled for delivery between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM IST on applicable delivery days. Delays or non-availability may result from government website/server downtime, public holidays, manual processing, third-party source/provider issues, maintenance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a relevant government website or server remains unavailable for the entire day, that day's data may not be available. External or operational delay or missed delivery does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a subscription refund. We may provide missed data later if available and may, at our discretion, extend the subscription where appropriate, subject to applicable law.
The file type (including Excel/CSV), columns, fields, layout and data structure may change from time to time because data is compiled from government/public records, third-party vendors and other lawful sources whose formats and availability we do not control.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, we do not independently verify every record before delivery.
Data may contain outdated, incomplete, inaccurate or duplicate information depending on the original source or third-party provider.

- 100% accurate
- Complete
- Current at all times

Phone numbers and email addresses are not guaranteed to be valid, active or reachable.
Customers should independently verify information before using it for important business, financial, legal, marketing or other decisions.
8. Customer Responsibility for Data Use and Truthful Representations
All data purchased from or supplied by NewCompanyAlerts.com must be used only for lawful purposes and legitimate business activities, and always in compliance with applicable Indian and other relevant laws, regulations, privacy requirements, telemarketing and anti-spam rules, and third-party rights.
Before purchasing or accessing data, the customer must provide truthful and accurate information about their identity, business and intended use whenever such information is requested. Customers must not obtain data by making false, misleading or deceptive statements, concealing an unlawful purpose, or falsely claiming that the intended use is lawful.
The customer is solely responsible for the customer's access to, possession, handling and use of the data, including any misuse, unlawful contact, harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorized disclosure, resale or redistribution by the customer or anyone to whom the customer provides the data. If a customer obtains data through a false representation or subsequently uses it unlawfully or improperly, the customer—not NewCompanyAlerts.com—will be responsible for the customer's conduct and its consequences, to the extent permitted by applicable law. NewCompanyAlerts.com may suspend or terminate access, refuse further orders, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations or authorities where appropriate or required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any responsibility arising from NewCompanyAlerts.com's own acts or omissions where applicable law does not permit exclusion.
NewCompanyAlerts.com does not guarantee any particular business, sales, marketing, lead-generation or financial result from the use of purchased data.
9. Permitted Use

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement file, a new download link or another suitable resolution.
Refund matters are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All refund exclusions are subject to applicable law.
